By signing this form to receive the package You Agree that all Information will be kept confidential for a period of two years.

That any proprietary information provided on the Business is sensitive and confidential, and that its disclosure to others may be damaging to the business and its Seller.

You Agree Not to disclose, for the Agreement Period, any information regarding the Business to any other person who has not also signed this Agreement, except to secure the advice and recommendations of business advisors (accountants or attorneys). 

You Agree Not to contact the Seller or its landlords, franchisors, employees, suppliers or customers except through Team Powerhouse Realty  and listing agent David Fuller. 

You Agree that you will Not to circumvent or interfere with theTeam Powerhouse Realty’s contract with the Seller in any way. 

You acknowledge and agree that all Information regarding the Business is provided by the Seller or other sources and is not verified in any way by the Team Powerhouse Realty or Dave Fuller You agree that the Team Powerhouse realty is not responsible for the accuracy of any of the Information that you receives or fails to receive, that before purchasing the business you will verify the information in your due diligence period and agree to indemnify and hold the Brokerage and its agents harmless from any claims or damages which may occur by reason of the inaccuracy or incompleteness of any Information provided to the Buyer with respect to the Business.

 Should you decide to no longer pursue the purchase of the Business, you will promptly advise the Team Powerhouse Realty  of this fact and will immediately return all proprietary Information furnished to you, without retaining copies, summaries, analyses or extracts
